Have to get around some loco's who'll hopefully ask before shooting, when going thru their property. I vote sending mike know first and see how it goes.

Kevin, Have you paddled this or seen this in high water? There seems to be a big feature below the skidoo bridge which looks interesting. This could be entered on the north bank from the road if we can get in. Would be good to make friendly with the locals for road access, though this may tricky...mind you a case of beer sometimes works magic. Just back for skiing BC and may have a chance this week to try some recon.

I've only been there in low water. There is a crappy wave under the snowmobile bridge. Not worth going to. I've wanted to check it out in high water but haven't managed to yet. Its 7 miles across lake Wabagishik from the marina to the rapids one way. The snowmobile trail is flooded and is not passable at all except in the winter. The only way to get there in high water is by boat. We should check it out this spring.

Kevin, There is a road just before the Spanish River bridge on Hwy 17 which looks like it takes you to the river. Need to make contact with the locals/owners for access. I work with someone who knows the owners and will try for more info...he mentioned feuding, I hear the Deliverance Banjo theme playing.

We need to check this out!
Was hoping Andrew would hop all over this since he is off today...otherwise it's my job because mecke is lazy! Then he and would also get lost, piss off the locals and continue to make my life harder than it needs to be. Thinking road trip this week.
